There are no refunds or transfers if brackets have been posted, your age division is sold out or if a team cancels less than 30 days before the start of the event.

Otherwise, if a team cancels  30 days or more prior to the event start date, they may transfer the registration to another event for a credit or receive a refund  minus the 30% administration fee for both a credit transfer or refund.

All Deposits are non refundable unless the tournament is canceled by the tournament director. The act of God refund supersedes this rule if an Act of God is the reason for the canceled event

Act of God Refund Policy
If an event is lost due to weather or any Act of God (i.e. COVID-19), the entry fee will be refunded via check minus the 35% administration fee.

If two games have already started teams will receive 55% of entry fee. If more than two games are played there is no refund.
