Attention all teams! Helpful information to note when booking rooms in Prescott, Prescott Valley or Mayer, AZ. This event is Stay-To-Play. Stay-To-Play buyout Option: $350 per team / buyout option can be paid via Zelle to: alfredo.nunez1@yahoo.com
Teams checklist when booking rooms at Prescott, Prescott Valley or Mayer, AZ.
- Read thoroughly each hotels rate plus tax
- Reserve your rooms as early as possible
- All guest must contact the hotel to book your rooms, all guest must pay for your rooms
- Know your cancellation policy per hotel
- Each team must book at least three days of rooms with at least 8 rooms per day or 24 rooms total over a three day period
- Tuesday through Thursday rates may be a lower rate than Friday & Saturday rates
- Check-In time and Check-Out time
- Offers breakfast or no breakfast
- Make sure your rooms are either 2 beds per room or 1 bed per room (NOTE: most of what we were allocated are 2 beds per room)
- Make sure if you have a pet, the hotel you select is pet friendly
- All room reservations are to be paid directly to the hotel by person booking room, when booking rooms you must have a valid credit card ready in order to secure your rooms
- Must use Group Code when booking your room: AWR
